Homemade Shiny Crust Brownies

There is one best brownies I have ever tried in my life (in my opinion) and it is the brownies made by Prima Rasa in Bandung. It is perfectly sweet and chocolaty, soft on the inside with a perfect crunch on the top. Also, it has to be shining on the top which is what makes it even more attractive😍😍

But.....It was so sad that I can't eat it whenever I want cos it takes a while to go there from the city where I live. There was one time when I want to eat it so badly,...and so I decided to create my own Prima Rasa brownies 😆

First, second, third time was a failure cos it was either too sweet, too bitter and no shining crust...
I was actually confused when looking for the recipe because there are two types of brownies: Cakey and Fudgy. I tried every recipe that seems looks like Prima Rasa, and later realised that it is a fudge-type brownies.

And finally I made my perfect brownies (in my opinion😅), but my mom also like it tho'
she also said that it tastes like the Prima Rasa 😆 The tips are.....↓↓↓







Here are some tips to make this Shiny Crust Brownies. First, to make the shining crust, it is very important that you measure the sugar accurately as it's role is to make that crust on top. Second, since we use quite a lot of sugar to make the crust appear, you may want to adjust the recipe to use some dark chocolate instead of everything milk chocolate, so that it doesn't become overly sweet. Also, make sure to set timer otherwise it will be dry and not soft on the inside if over baked.
